Return and Exchanges 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We provide store credit or  free exchanges, for regular priced merchandise that meets the requirements below! Simply email us at yennyfer@maypleandco.com within 15 days with your name and order number to get this process started. We stand behind all our products and want to make sure you are in love! 

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE 

We will gladly accept returning items for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire. 

Please Note…

 

  • Returning items are not eligible for refunds.
  • All orders are subject to 2-3 business days of processing time before being shipped out. During sale periods this can vary to 3-6 business days.
  • All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
  • Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.

    SALE / DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE 

    All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases of 30% or more are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for exchange or gift card. 

    We are unable to price adjust orders to match sale discounts.
